Subscription and KYC services report results on the order page and by email. Check the result in the target AI account.
Order and delivery notices go to your AIPlanPay email. Depending on the product, the email contains a result, a collection link, or the delivery contents.

Sign in with the purchasing account. A link is valid for 7 days from creation and 1 view. Save the collection page contents immediately after opening it.
For email-body delivery, the account details or code appear directly in the delivery email. Keep it in a safe place.
Check your AIPlanPay inbox and spam folder. If a link has expired or was used, contact support from the related order. Do not purchase again.
