Warranty information

Warranty availability, coverage, duration, and start conditions follow the purchased product and order record. Service duration and warranty duration are different.

A warranty may start at successful payment, completion of service processing, or order completion. Your order shows whether it has started and the expiry date.

For a covered issue during the warranty period, request help from the order. Support will confirm whether reprocessing, replacement, continued service, or a refund applies. Not all cases qualify for refunds.

KYC assistance is a one-time service without a subscription warranty period. Products without a warranty still allow support for verified delivery errors.

Issues caused by account violations, region restrictions, or changes to account settings are reviewed against the purchased terms and are not automatically covered.
